QCW lasers for dual-head output
1 What are the advantages of dual-head QCW lasers?
Significant improvement in production efficiency!
A single-head laser has only one laser output head. During operation, after welding one position, it needs to be moved to the next position using a galvanometer or motion platform. A dual-head laser has two laser output heads, enabling parallel and alternating processing.
Parallel processing: refers to two laser heads simultaneously processing two different welding objects or different areas of the same welding object.
Alternating processing: refers to one laser head welding while the other laser head simultaneously moves to the next welding point.
2 How to customize a dual-head laser?
Customized lasers are mainly considered from three aspects: laser energy, working environment, and software requirements. You can communicate with our customer service via email or WhatsApp.
