Principle of CCD laser welding head
The core function of QCW laser welding heads with CCD function is the coaxial design of the visual system and laser optical path.
The CCD system can enlarge the surface of the workpiece and display on the screen a “crosshead”. It completely coincides with the center of the laser spot. The operator can manually adjust the welding point to the micrometer level and display it clearly.
