1 Description of the laser collimator
The laser collimator is a critical optical component in a laser welding system. It converts the scattered light into parallel light. We can choose the laser collimator based on the power of the laser welding.
This product is suitable for 500W, 1000W, 2000W, and 3000W laser power. With the use of the multi-angle focusing lens, It is especially perfect for semiconductor lasers, fiber lasers, and other lasers with light sources with a divergence angle. The water-cooled structure cools the lens group in welding, controls temperature increase, and reduces the thermal drift of the optical focal length, so as to ensure the stability of processing quality.
- If the fiber laser power is <2000W, you can select an AIR-COOLED one.
- If the fiber laser power is <3000W, you can select a WATER-COOLLED one.


2 Structure
The collimating lens is the core component of a laser collimator. According to the number of collimating lenses, laser collimator systems can be divided into single-lens systems and multi-lens systems.
