This is a YAG laser Galvo welding machine from TrunyenOpto. Tt is using 1.064μm wavelength pulse laser focus and eradiate on the surface of work piece which can be melted by laser energy and produce special melt pool. It has a high-quality welding galvanometer, and the laser is water-cooled. The laser energy, peak power, pulse width and frequency can be controlled by precise numerical controller.
The machine is maintenance-free and has a long lifespan. It can be used for spot welding, seam welding and repairing welding for many kinds of metal materials. For example, battery lug connectors, USB connectors, microelectronic components, precision parts, etc.
