Beam steering device for 360-degree high precision
>> Still troubled by welding chipped corners and cracks in deep mold cavities?
This laser steering device lets the welding head turn 360° in narrow spaces. A 45° lens converts the horizontal beam into vertical emission, allowing direct insertion into the mold inner wall. Even complex R-angles or grooves hard to reach by hand can achieve uniform, dense metallurgical bonding. The post-welding machining allowance is small, greatly reducing the mold scrap rate.
>> Special for mold repair · Laser steering welding head
The beam steering device is designed for the mold repair laser welding machine. It features four built-in 45° high-reflective lens for 360° precise beam turning. The laser beam deflector replaces the traditional “straight-line operation” of handheld welding head. It is especially suited for repair welding in tight spaces like mold inner walls, deep cavity side walls, and sharp edges or corners.
ADVANTAGES:
- “Rotating” light path design: Redirecting the light beam, it easily reaches deep cavities and repairs side walls without leaving dead zones.
- High power bearing capacity: The lens uses a special metal or dielectric coating to handle high-power pulsed lasers, preventing overheating or ablation during mold steel welding.
- Airtight and dustproof structure: The sealed interior protects the lenses from dust and contamination, extending their service life in harsh environments.
