>> Dual red light module for laser galvanometer system
There are two primary methods for achieving dual red light output in a galvanometer system: integrating dual red light output units into the galvanometer itself, or connecting a set of dual red light output units externally.
The external dual red light assembly is an independent auxiliary module of the galvanometer system. It contains two red light generators that emit visible light at 635 nm. Its core function is to assist with positioning and focus alignment operations. Its independent design facilitates the maintenance and upgrade of welding or marking systems.
>> Advantages of adding an external dual red light module to laser systems.
- By adjusting the coincidence of two red light beams on the processing surface, the operator can quickly and accurately locate the laser focus position. This method is particularly suitable for large-field mirrors (also known as F-theta lenses). It solves the problem of a single red light being obstructed.
- Before formal processing, operators can use red light to simulate and display the trajectory of the laser beam, in order to preview the carving or welding path and avoid ineffective operations on the workpiece.
